Terms of Trade

The following terms and conditions are the terms on which Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality  offers you access to the services and use of our on-line web site shopping facility. By shopping with  Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality  website you accept these terms and conditions.
Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure purchasing options. Items displayed on the site can be purchased using the secure and reliable online MasterCard or Visa transaction facility. Shoppers have the confidence in knowing that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms, and are used only for the purposes of the transaction.
These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website and the services it provides represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.
Stock Quality and Supply
All Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality products are produced to a high level and at Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality our stock is of a very high quality and is sourced from local suppliers. We endeavour to maintain ample stocks of all our products, however sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. This places extreme pressure on our suppliers. In such cases, we will give you our best estimate as to when the product is likely to be available.
Payment and Delivery
Purchases and delivery of products on-line from Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality – the kitchen shop are available only within New Zealand.  If products are purchased from outside New Zealand the purchase amount will be refunded.
Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality – the kitchen shop will courier your purchases to anywhere in New Zealand. All orders will be dispatched for delivery by courier within 5 working days after payment has been approved.  Because all deliveries are made by courier we need a physical address, not a Post Office Box.
 You will be sent an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality – the kitchen shop does not deliver outside of New Zealand.
Conditions of Sale, Payment & Pricing
Visa and MasterCard credit cards will be accepted. All prices are in New Zealand currency. The delivery of all Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality products will only be made if and when payment has been received.
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason.  If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.
Please be aware that prices of some products available on-line may differ to the in-store prices.  Also, some items may be offered as specials on-line but not in store and vice versa..
Due to the service provided, the free delivery offered to items purchased on-line will not be offered when buying the same product in-store or over the telephone.
Items sold as Specials are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend or cancel these without notice. If this happens with an item you have ordered, we will contact you prior to delivery.
Your orders are not retractable once they have been received by Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality. You must only place an order if you intend to buy the relevant item at the set price.
Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we endeavour to sell best quality products and to maintain the best service available. Please choose carefully. If you simply change your mind, by law we do not have to refund or exchange your purchased item(s). If a product is faulty and you return it within a reasonable period, along with proof of purchase, the product will be analysed. If it is determined the damage is not caused by your negligence, the product will be repaired. If it cannot be repaired within a reasonable period, the product will be replaced with the same or an alternative product. If we do not have a similar replacement item a refund will be given. If the product is found to be faulty you will not be charged for the repaired or replaced item(s) or the packaging/delivery charges of the repaired or replaced item(s). If you are returning faulty goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods. Please make sure you send any products returned to us packed with care and sent with a reputable courier service that will provide a track and trace facility and insurance or we will not be held responsible.  If it is found the product is NOT a faulty product, we will attempt to repair it for you free of charge.  If we are unable to repair it free of charge we will contact you and inform you of the cost of repair.  If the item is NOT faulty, you will be charged for the return delivery charge to the address of your choice.  If you agree to these charges we require payment before the product is repaired and delivered.  These policies meet our obligations to provide a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
This Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality website endeavours to maintain a safe and secure on line shopping facility.  However, you are responsible  for any activity which occurs on or through your membership account and to keep your personal information (including your email address and password, your physical address and telephone number, and your bank details) secret and secure.  You must not permit any other person to use your password or account, not to disclose to any other person your password or any other information that may allow them to gain access to your account and you must change your password immediately if you believe that your account may have been used without your authorisation.
The privacy of your data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers or in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality owns the intellectual property rights and trademark of the name and logo Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality used in this website and in our shop. You may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, publish, perform or create derivative works from any part of this website or the Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality; commercialise, copy or on-sell any information or items obtained from any part of this website or the Your Kitchen @ Northland Hospitality.
